The SDDE Smith Group is excited to announce the acquisition of Selwyn Hedgley Estate Agents.  

The acquisition of Selwyn Hedgley, a well-established estate agent with a reputation for excellent customer service, will further expand The SDDE Smith Group's reach, offering a wider range of services and expertise to their valued clients.

The Selwyn Hedgley brand is heading into its 50th year, and it has built a fantastic reputation as a trusted local estate agent. The business started in 1974, initially as an insurance brokerage that quickly moved into an estate agency. In 2005 Selwyn Hedgley settled on the strapline ‘Experience Is Everything’ and these values remain integral to the company today. 

Selwyn Hedgley Estate Agents will continue to operate under their existing name, but now their clients will benefit from The SDDE Smith Group's extensive resources and expertise, which includes companies such as WOODSmith Construction, Grey-Smith Legal, Styled Interior Design, resicentral® and Host & Stay.
